Business Development • Build a Sales strategy in coordination with the management. • Yearly Sales Forecast and reporting • Build a Sales pipeline and implement sales pipeline metrics along with reporting. • CRM management & Processes (HubSpot) • Product/Solution Presentation to clients in different industries including but not limited to Banking, Technology, Educational Institutes, Insurance and Brands/merchants. • Establish partnerships with companies in other regions such as Africa and Middle East through JV and Reseller agreements. • Do Pricing, Proposals, Contract & Renewal Management Customer Service & Account Management • Manage the Customer Service Department • Management of the projects and tickets through JIRA • Define and Document departmental processes and SLAs • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Prepare proposals and SOWs. Partnership & Alliances • Establish and Manage partnership with various companies in Pakistan. • Manage corporate alliance programs on behalf of the clients pertinent to loyalty and offers. • Facilitate system integration between internal and external third party products and companies. • Identify and onboard 3rd party products to sell them through the reseller contracts. Marketing • Product & Service presentation at different international and national forums. • Represent the company at national and international conferences, seminars and awards. • Coordinate with News media and Blogs (Native and Non-Native news) for publication and coverage of news and press releases. • Oversee BTL Activities – Events and Brand Activation • Maintain and establish professional relationships with key players of the industry.
