The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products and platforms. This includes designing interfaces, conducting user research and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and insights on design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and developers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals
- Create design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across products
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices in the industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
