About the role – Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Manager
FetchSky has spent a decade building enterprise software and our own products in digital loyalty and customer engagement. We’re now expanding into international markets, and we’re looking for a GTM marketer to lead that push.
You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for three offerings — custom software development services, Shopify app development, and our Digital Loyalty System. You’ll report to leadership, work closely with sales and delivery, and be measured on qualified international pipeline.
The strategy is yours to build.
What you’ll own
- Positioning. Define the ICP, messaging and competitive angle for each offering in each target market.
- Demand generation. Run the channel mix — outbound, LinkedIn, paid search, email, webinars, events — and own the funnel to SQL.
- Marketplaces & directories. Build our presence and reviews on Clutch, G2, GoodFirms, Upwork and the Shopify App Store.
- Partner & ecosystem marketing. Work the Shopify Partner Program, agency partnerships and co-marketing.
- Content & enablement. Case studies, SEO content, decks, one-pagers, proposal templates and outbound copy.
- Measurement. Own pipeline contribution, CAC and channel ROI by market and offering.
What you’ll bring
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing at a software company, IT services firm, agency or SaaS business
- Proven experience generating pipeline from international clients.
- Excellent written English and the cultural fluency to write for Western buyers
- Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SEO and analytics
- Comfort with long, trust-driven B2B sales cycles and overlapping hours with US/UK time zones
Bonus: Shopify or e-commerce ecosystem experience; loyalty, retail or fintech product marketing; marketplace listing optimisation.
What we offer
- End-to-end ownership of the international GTM function, with a direct line to leadership
- A decade of delivery credibility and live enterprise clients behind what you sell
- Competitive salary, [benefits], and room to grow into a leadership role
