EFU Life WIN is the wellness brand of EFU Life, one of Pakistan's leading life insurers. It is built on a simple idea: insurance should do more than protect you, it should encourage you to live well. Customers buy a WIN policy, then earn rewards for staying active, eating well, sleeping better and looking after their mental wellbeing. The EFU Life WIN app is where that journey happens every day, and FetchSky designed and developed it for Android and iOS.
In short
- FetchSky designed and developed the EFU Life WIN wellness app for Android and iOS for EFU Life Assurance, Pakistan.
- The EFU Life WIN app is one front door to four systems: a health platform, a loyalty system, the core life assurance system and a reward shop.
- Customers earn short-term vouchers, medium-term WIN points and long-term policy-linked benefits for living healthier.
The challenge
What needed solving?
A wellness-linked insurance policy only works if customers use it every day. The app had to feel as engaging as a fitness app while staying accurately connected to the policy underneath. That meant bringing together four very different systems:
- Health platform: to measure health, track activity and calculate a score.
- Loyalty system: to award points, track status and run challenges.
- Core life assurance system: to link rewards to the customer's actual policy.
- Reward shop and discount redemption platform: to let customers spend what they earn.
To the customer, it all had to feel like one simple app.
Our solution
How does one app hold four systems together?
We built the EFU Life WIN app as the single front door to all four systems, so customers never see the complexity behind it.
1. Health platform
Health Score
After an initial assessment, customers get a score from 0 to 1,000 that updates as their habits change.
The Wellness Wheel
Seven parameters make up the score: move, sleep, self-control, physical health, mental wellbeing, nutrition and mindfulness.
Wearables and phone tracking
The app syncs with Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Strava and Withings. A wearable is optional: the phone can track steps.
2. Loyalty system
Goals, challenges and points
Customers set personal goals, take on monthly challenges and earn WIN points.
WIN status
Points over the policy year move customers up from Beginner to Mover, Achiever and Winner, and a higher status means bigger rewards.
3. Core life assurance system
Policy-linked rewards
The status customers earn feeds long-term, policy-linked benefits that are credited to the policy's account value.
Membership tied to the policy
WIN membership follows the customer's WIN policy, so the app always reflects the right customers.
4. Reward shop and discount redemption
Digital vouchers
Completing monthly challenges earns vouchers, which customers redeem with reward partners.
Reward store
Customers spend accumulated points on deals and offers.
Partner discounts
Eligible plans also unlock discounts at partner outlets.

Syncing a wearable
What makes up the Health Score?
After an initial assessment, customers get a score from 0 to 1,000 that moves as their habits change. Seven parameters make up the Wellness Wheel behind it:
- Move
- Sleep
- Self-control
- Physical health
- Mental wellbeing
- Nutrition
- Mindfulness
How are customers rewarded?
Rewards arrive on three horizons:
Short term
Digital vouchers for completing monthly challenges, redeemed with reward partners.
Medium term
WIN points to spend on deals and offers in the reward store.
Long term
Policy-linked benefits, driven by WIN status and credited to the policy’s account value.
How do customers move up?
Points earned over the policy year move customers through four levels of WIN status, and a higher status means bigger rewards:
- Beginner
- Mover
- Achiever
- Winner
A complete wellness experience
Around this core, the app also lets customers get advice from certified wellness experts through the Wellness Hub, and share their achievements on social media.
How we built it
How did we build it?
FetchSky designed and developed the EFU Life WIN app for Android and iOS as the single front door to EFU Life's health platform, loyalty system, core life assurance system, and reward shop and discount redemption platform — so each does its own job, and the customer sees one app.
The outcome
What changed?
EFU Life WIN brings together a health engine, a loyalty program, a life policy and a reward shop in one app on Android and iOS. Customers get short-term vouchers, medium-term points and long-term policy benefits for living healthier, and EFU Life gets a daily point of engagement with its policyholders.
